29 Feb JJ Food Service introduces qualified in-house nutritionist
National wholesaler JJ Food Service has announced its first qualified in-house nutritionist, following an investment into training it’s Group Accounts Acquisition Manager, Nina Grosicka.
Responsible for managing school contracts, Nina said: “Many of our schools are working towards gaining the ‘Food For Life’ accreditation – which promotes food quality, health and sustainability. With this new qualification, we can support them in building nutritionally-balanced, quality menus.”
Last year, JJ announced that it had expanded its fresh fruit, vegetables and meat ranges, including working with British suppliers.
