03 Feb JJ awarded contracts for Northumbria University and Kirklees schools
JJ Food Service has been awarded Contracts to supply Northumbria University in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council in West Yorkshire.
Speaking of the Northumbria contract, Colin Halsey, National Account Manager for contracts at JJ said: “Universities are an important part of our business and great to work with due to the diversity of their menus. Northumbria in particular has an impressive 16 food outlets on the campus.” JJ will be supplying grocery, chilled and frozen food to the university.
The contract with Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council, announced shortly after the university contract, will see JJ supplying a range of chilled and frozen products to more than 190 West Yorkshire schools.
Both contracts begin with immediate effect.
